‘River-front tranquility’
A 4-acre property, sitting next to a river is a dream residence. Function-driven design maximizing site usage meets all client requirements. Anticipating future development, our focus was on enhancing the front elevation with integrated landscape elements. To protect the residence from inundations, it was raised by 8-10 feet. The design features an infinity pool at the rear end setting a perfect foreground for the river. There are 3 built volumes connected by glass-covered pathways, with a living room, and a master bedroom strategically positioned to face the water. This design sits entirely in the lap of nature, with water on one side and landscape on the remaining.
