Prathvi Residence is a single-family home set within a coffee plantation, where architecture responds sensitively to the surrounding landscape through shaded verandahs, courtyards, and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions; climate-responsive elements such as sloping tiled roofs, deep overhangs, and filler slab construction are combined with natural materials to create a grounded, regionally rooted living environment, and completed in 2024, the residence reflects a balanced design approach that brings together sustainability, craftsmanship, and a strong connection to nature.
