‘Where first impressions, last‘
The marketing office serves as the initial connection between potential clients and the builder, and its design significantly influences apartment sales. Keeping this as our core focus, we designed a distinctive and almost sculptural structure for Saritha Developer’s marketing office in Gunjur, Bangalore. The design features a central open courtyard, a space that encourages public interaction, and creates a sense of curiosity for passersby. With a unique sloping roof and strategic area placement, this office not only adds brand value but also provides an opportunity to enhance property sales for the builder.
